Lona has served
as administrative assistant/clerk, since September, 1995.
She received her Associates degree from Piedmont Community College in 1986 and worked as a church secretary for three and a half years. She also worked for a real estate office and Person County Government before coming on board with the Association. Lona has been married to Ricky for over 37 years, and they have two married children, Leslie & Jason Yaroborough, Kenny and Rebecca Lockhart, and a son, Alan. Kenny and Rebecca have a daughter, Georgia and Lona enjoys spending time with and loving her grandchild and looks forward to having more! Lona and Ricky are members of Westwood Baptist Church and are involved with Carolina Faith Riders. Lona's service to the Association is a great value. Being a local, she knows Person and Caswell counties well. She has become the hub of resources provided by B.B.A. to the member churches. |
